    No. DineIn QR ordering is designed to run independently. If you have a POS system, you still can keep it as there’s no conflict between these two.
  • Are subscriptions monthly or yearly?
    We offer monthly and yearly subscription options for our users. Nevertheless, yearly subscription plan can save you RM50/month or RM600 over a period of 1 year.
  • Can I cancel the service at any time?
    For sure! There’s no commitment. On top of that, you are entitled to a 30 days money back guarantee during your first month.
  • Is there any additional fee?
    No, there is no additional fee or any hidden cost. As we are offering DineIn QR as Software-as-Service (SaaS), you will get free software feature upgrade without additional fee.
  • How long does it take to set up my store?
    Usually it will be completed within 2-4 days, depending on the number of menu items and sales collateral (e.g: QR stickers, standees, bunting, etc).
